InfoSystems Achieves Certification for IBM System i Platform, Provides Critical Support for Businesses Needing Upgrades

With IBM System i Version 5, Release 4, approaching the end of support, businesses that may be behind on patches and updates will need to take action to ensure they are running a current, supported system version. Upgrades may require the installation of Program Temporary Fixes (PTFs), which are released periodically to fix known problems, add new functions and keep systems operating efficiently. Some PTFs are required to be installed before systems can be upgraded to a newer version.
