InfoSystems Announces Record Growth and Achievement in 2011
19-Jan-2012CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee – January 4, 2012 – InfoSystems, one of the fastest-growing technology, communications and software solutions providers in the Southeast, announces a year of record growth and achievement in 2011, with revenue exceeding 35 million dollars. This represents a 20 percent growth over 2010, which was the second best year since the company’s launch in 1994.
"Success can be defined and measured in so many more ways than revenue growth," commented InfoSystems President and CEO, Clay Hales. "What I am most proud of is the way the InfoSystems team goes beyond what is expected for every challenge and opportunity. Our employees define our culture and values, from pulling together for a colleague in need, donating paid time off and providing meals and support, to involvement in the community, both at the individual level and as a company. Additionally, 17 individual team members have invested their time and efforts to achieve a combined total of 69 certifications with our industry partners, raising our level of professionalism and expertise. Bottom line, our employees continue to be our biggest asset and the key to our continued growth."
"We also want to take this time to recognize our valued customers," said InfoSystems Chief Operating Officer, Tim Phelan. "Many have been with us since the beginning, and some are just starting the partnership with InfoSystems. Big or small, old or new, we value each and every customer and we look forward to helping them all be more successful in 2012."
IBM Business Unit Executive for IBM Channel Sales, Deborah Nevin, remarks, "2011 was a significant year for InfoSystems and IBM. InfoSystems demonstrated double-digit growth (more than 35 percent) in the IBM reseller business during a very tough year. Their leadership in working with IBM resulted in significant competitive take-outs and wins against Dell, Cisco, Hitachi, and EMC. IBM looks to InfoSystems as its go-to partner in Tennessee and beyond."
