Clay Hales founded InfoSystems in 1994 and has more than 33 years of experience in the information systems industry. Clay is a recognized expert in IT consulting and solution design, having led hundreds of successful network and system installation projects. He holds many exclusive industry designations, including serving as a member of the Global Business Partner Advisory Council for IBM (approximately 20 members in the world), and is a sought-after speaker at many industry events.
Scott Davis brings 32 years of technology industry experience to InfoSystems most recently serving with IBM as a Client Solution Executive, where he managed multidisciplinary solution design teams to develop complex infrastructure solutions for IBM's largest engagements, focusing on creating effective partnerships with clients' senior executive teams and aligning customers' business strategy, drivers, and goals throughout the solution development cycle. Prior to Scott's 16 years with IBM, he worked for Entex Information Systems, DecisionOne, Wang, and served in the U.S. Navy.
VP of Operations
Recognized as a leader and relationship builder, Brent Hales joined the InfoSystems team after several years with a Fortune 100 tech company, Dell, where he was ranked one of the top reps in his division. In five years at Dell, he moved rapidly from his initial position to Server and Storage Sales for the state of Virginia. He has brought his skills and experience to InfoSystems, where he consistently proves to excel at developing relationships and creating business opportunities with customers. He holds degrees from Belmont University and Hiwassee College, along with a Masters’ degree in Business Administration from Lipscomb University.
Director of Human Resources
Theresa Bailey joined the InfoSystems team in 2004 and has an extensive track record in Accounting and HR activities. Theresa has earned a reputation as a valuable professional who aligns company needs with necessary and timely human resource services. She brings to InfoSystems her operational and management experience in finance, the banking industry, human resources and community efforts with various non-profit organizations.
Director of Administration and Accounting
Sherry Phillips Davis is equipped with over 35 years of experience in Business Administration and Accounting. Her expertise is in Management and Finance. She received a Bachelor's Degree from Lee University and has served in the capacity of controller and CFO for many years managing multi-company corporations. She started her journey with InfoSystems in 2015.
