The M.A.P. division of InfoSystems exists to provide primarily computer-related skills and resources to international Christian missions organizations in areas of the world where none are available. However, we don't limit ourselves to clicking a mouse or pulling a cable. The MAP division began when a couple of InfoSystems' employees traveled to Ivory Coast, West Africa to assist with the construction of a new roof for a small rural church. While this was not 'technical' in nature, it showed us the needs that missionaries often have, with no source of manpower to meet those needs.
Joel is a "founding father" of InfoSystems. He provides Unix and network support for many of our long-time customers.
His technical skills and passion for supporting Christian international missions combined to form the InfoSystems Missions Assistance Program in the Fall of 1999.
He is currently serving with his family in Budapest, Hungary.
