Clay Hales founded InfoSystems in 1994 and has more than 33 years of experience in the information systems industry. Clay is a recognized expert in IT consulting and solution design, having led hundreds of successful network and system installation projects. He holds many exclusive industry designations, including serving as a member of the Global Business Partner Advisory Council for IBM (approximately 20 members in the world), and is a sought-after speaker at many industry events.

Director of Human Resources
Theresa Bailey joined the InfoSystems team in 2004 and has an extensive track record in Accounting and HR activities. Theresa has earned a reputation as a valuable professional who aligns company needs with necessary and timely human resource services. She brings to InfoSystems her operational and management experience in finance, the banking industry, human resources and community efforts with various non-profit organizations.

Director of Professional Services
Glenn Drawdy joined the InfoSystems team in 2011 with an impressive list of professional designations including more than 20 individual IBM competencies covered by certifications such as: IBM Certified Advanced Technical Expert, IBM Certified Systems Expert, IBM Certified Specialist, IBM Certified Solution Expert and IBM Certified Solution Designer for On Demand Business. Glenn’s career spans 25 years of information technology management and leadership while serving with companies in the financial services, transportation, logistics and information technology industries. He holds a BBA, Accounting, from Augusta State University and an AS, Business Administration, from Macon State College.

Director of Client Care and iAssurance
Diana Hales joined the InfoSystems team in 2010 and has more than 15 years of experience in the software and technology industry. She has managed and worked in partner channels throughout the United States for software vendors such as Sterling Commerce, an IBM subsidiary; Solomon Software, a Microsoft company; and Autonomic Software, a desktop management, security and power management solutions company. After gaining years of valuable experience on the vendor and channel sides of the market, Diana founded a consulting company that helped business owners navigate the complexity of business management through internal evaluation, process improvement, decision making and vendor selection.

Director of Marketing
Connie Roberts joined the InfoSystems team in 2011, bringing with her more than 30 years of experience in advertising, public relations, sales and marketing. She has held leadership positions at Tennessee Valley Authority, The Johnson Group, Unum, Management Recruiters International and Terenine Technology Solutions. Connie also spent time as a successful business owner and consultant and has won numerous advertising and sales awards in her career. She specializes in blending the best of traditional marketing and public relations with the latest technologies and best practices in lead generation and electronic marketing.

Director of Administration and Accounting
Kate West joined the InfoSystems team in 2008 and has 18 years of experience in the accounting field with businesses like The Krystal Company, Play and Park Structures, Koch Industries, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She has founded two non-profit organizations: Caring to Educate, an organization dedicated to the support of single mothers in the achievement of their educational goals, and Young Professionals Association of Chattanooga (YPAC). Kate holds degrees from both Oklahoma State University and Florida Metropolitan University in Accounting and Business Administration. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, where she previously held the Chattanooga Chapter President position.
